Northern Fox East Yorkshire Citrus Gin

To celebrate our new distillery in Beverley and the return of the sun, the Northern Fox wanted to create a gin that reminded us of sunny mornings, long warm nights and ripening fruits. Citrus combines beautifully with gin so using our 3 favourite citrus fruits we blossomed our East Yorkshire Citrus Gin. And better yet........its award winning!!!!!

Made with: Juniper, Orange Peel, Lemon Peel and Fresh Lime.

At 45% this gin is punchy, serve in a tall glass with plenty of ice and a Fever-Tree light tonic. Then garnish with a circle of either orange, lemon or lime. This gives waves of citrus zest, sweetness, sharpness and bitterness. Cleansing the palate as it is sipped.
